Returns & Exchanges

We offer different return periods depending on the type of product:

  • Ion Rubber Modules: 60-day return policy.
  • Electronic Devices (e.g., Chips): 14-day return policy.

This means you have 60 days to request a return for ion rubber modules and 14 days to request a return for electronic devices after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your item.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution, including covering all shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom or personalized products, such as special orders or engraved items.
  • Personal care items, such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us before initiating the process.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds for Ion Rubber Modules will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds for Electronic Devices will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the product.

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, follow the same return process outlined above. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and notify you of its shipment.

Refund Processing Time

After your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
